Peach Sangria

Ingredients
  

  • 750 ml white wine Chardonnay has a drier, sweeter finish. Pinot Grigio is more tart. Choose what appeals more to your personal taste.
  • 1 cup peach purée
  • ¼ cup peach schnapps
  • 3 tbs peach simple syrup you can add more or less depending on which wine you chose.
  • 1 peach sliced for garnish

Optional:

  • 187 ml prosecco add for a sparkling version

Instructions
 

  • In a large pitcher, add peach purée.
  • Pour in the white wine, peach schnapps, and stir well.
  • Add the peach simple syrup and optional prosecco. Taste. You can adjust the sweetness to your liking here.
  • Add half of the sliced peaches to the pitcher.
  • Pour over ice in a wine glass and garnish with peach slices.
