    • 1<\/span> tbsp<\/span> olive juice<\/span> from a jar of Spanish olives<\/span><\/li>
    • 1<\/span> tbsp<\/span> red wine vinegar<\/span><\/li>
    • \u00bd<\/span> tsp<\/span> fresh oregano<\/span><\/li>
    • \u00bc<\/span> tsp<\/span> minced rosemary<\/span><\/li>
    • 1 <\/span> tbsp<\/span> finely grated Parmesan<\/span><\/li>
    • salt<\/span> to taste<\/span><\/li>
    • fresh cracked black pepper <\/span> to taste<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>

      Garden Salad with Annatto Vinaigrette<\/h4>
      • 1<\/span> cup<\/span> softened kale<\/span> massage with a pinch of salt and a few drops of annatto oil<\/span><\/li>
      • 1<\/span> cup<\/span> beet greens<\/span> roughly chopped or hand torn<\/span><\/li>
      • 2<\/span> radishes<\/span> julienned<\/span><\/li>
      • \u00bd<\/span> cup<\/span> sweet red pepper<\/span> sliced and diced<\/span><\/li>
      • 2<\/span> tbsp<\/span> fresh gandules<\/span> (or canned, strained, and rinsed)<\/span><\/li>
      • 1<\/span> small<\/span> roasted beet<\/span> chopped<\/span><\/li>
      • 1<\/span> small<\/span> tomato<\/span> chopped<\/span><\/li>
      • 1<\/span> tbsp<\/span> finely grated Parmesan<\/span><\/li>
      • Annatto Oil Vinaigrette <\/span> to taste<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n

        Elaboraci\u00f3n paso a paso<\/h3>

        To Make the Annatto Oil Vinaigrette:<\/h4>
        • In a small mixing bowl, pour in the annatto oil<\/strong> as your base.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
        • Slowly whisk in the olive juice and red wine vinegar<\/strong>, incorporating air as you whisk to create a light emulsion.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
        • Sprinkle in the oregano<\/strong> and rosemary<\/strong>, continuing to whisk gently to evenly distribute the herbs.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
        • Season with a pinch of salt and freshly cracked black pepper<\/strong>.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
        • Finish with the Parmesan<\/strong>, whisking one final time until well combined.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div>

          To Assemble The Salad:<\/h4>
          • In a mixing bowl, combine softened kale<\/strong>, beet greens<\/strong>, radishes<\/strong>, sweet red pepper<\/strong>, gandules<\/strong>, roasted beet<\/strong>, and tomato<\/strong>.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
          • Drizzle with Annatto Oil Vinaigrette<\/strong> and toss gently to coat.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
          • Top with fresh grated Parmesan<\/strong> just before serving.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
